How to use

Five steps to a quieter back

It takes about fifteen seconds. Here's how to get the most out of every patch.

1

Clean & dry the skin

Wipe the area so the adhesive grabs. Skip lotion or oil where the patch will sit.

Dry skin = a patch that stays all day
2

Peel the backing

Hold the patch by the edges and lift the film. Try not to touch the gel side.

3

Place it on the tense spot

Press flat over the neck, trap, or lower back. Smooth from the center out.

See the placement guide below
4

Wear up to 8 hours

Go about your day. Shower-resistant for quick rinses; the release is steady.

5

Remove gently

Peel slowly from one corner at day's end. Give the skin a break before the next.
